- Device & usage data: browser type, device type, language, approximate region derived from IP address, pages/links clicked, referrer URL, and campaign identifiers such as
clickid passed in the link.
2. Cookies, Pixels & Tracking

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Community Is Free — Nothing to Cancel
The Telegram channel and everything published on gujratitraderx.in is 100% free. We do not charge any subscription fee, membership fee, registration amount, security deposit or profit share. Since no payment is ever collected from you, no refund question arises for our own service.
2. Leaving the Channel (Cancellation)
- You may exit the Telegram channel at any moment — simply tap Leave channel. No notice period, no penalty, no exit fee.
- You can also request the support bot to remove your details from any query list; we action such requests within 24–48 working hours.
3. If You Were Charged by Someone Claiming to Be Us
We have no paid plans, no "premium batch", no dealing desk and no payment request of any kind. If any person, Telegram account or WhatsApp number asks you for money in our name, it is fraud. Please do not pay, keep the proof (screenshot, transaction ID, profile link) and report it immediately to our official support bot and to cybercrime.gov.in. We will cooperate with law-enforcement authorities, but money paid to an impersonator cannot be refunded by us.
4. Third-Party Paid Services
Ads or links on our website may take you to external platforms — brokers, exchanges, charting tools, courses or ad-network offers. Any payment made there goes to that third party, not to us, and is governed entirely by their refund and cancellation policy. We do not process, receive or refund such payments. Before paying any third party, verify their licence (for example SEBI registration) and read their terms.
5. Paid Products or Programs, If Offered in Future
If we ever launch a paid course, report or mentorship, the following default terms will apply unless a purchase page states otherwise:
- Cancellation: a request can be raised at any time before the service period ends; access continues until the cancellation is confirmed.
- Refund window: refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Digital content: once recorded sessions, PDFs or downloads have been accessed or downloaded in full, the order becomes non-refundable, as digital goods cannot be returned.
- Processing time: approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days; bank processing may add a few days.
- Not refundable: amounts already used for a delivered one-time service, or purchases made under fraudulent or misleading circumstances.
6. How to Raise a Request
Step 1Message our official support bot with the words "Refund Request".
Step 2Share the date, amount, payment method, transaction/UPI reference ID and a screenshot.
Step 3We acknowledge within 24–48 working hours and give you a reference number.
Step 4After approval, the credit is initiated to the original payment method.
